Guess What?! Louie Got Braces! He says they feel weird. I don’t think dogs get braces.  My teeth work just fine for catching bunnies.  It was a quiet day at the farm, not too much action out back.  Though Mom did pick about 25 cucumbers.  Beth came by to visit and, to get a tomato. I love seeing Beth!!  

I have been waiting patiently for a walk, and then it started to rain.  Why did it take Mom and Dad SO LONG to get out the door?  We finally went around the block 2 times, but then lightning made us come home.  I was looking for the bunny that has been hanging around the front of our house.  I couldn’t find it, but I will!  

Now Dad and I are watching the Cubs game. I’m hoping he will share his snack with me.  I think he has blueberries.  You know how much I like blueberries!  

How was the State Fair?  Did you see pig races?  I bet that would be SO MUCH FUN!  Did they chase cheese or something? What kind of food on a stick did you find?  Was it delicious?  I find it hard to eat food off sticks.  It’s my lack of thumbs. I don’t have the best coordination holding food in my paws and licking it.  Dad says it is just like eating a bone.  I suggest we try feeding me food on a stick!
