Mom is making me practice down stays because she said I’m a bit too excited when other dogs pass by our open front door on a leash.  What!  It’s my JOB to alert them that this house is being watched by Ivy.  Not to mention, Larry & Sidney were for sure barking louder and more than me.  I did get a treat out of my practice, but Mom is interrupting my work.  It’s all about those pesky rabbits, I swear!

Today wasn’t too exciting.  Mom, Dad & Louie went for a bike ride.  Since I don’t have a bike, I was unable to join them on this adventure.  So I stayed home, but I did insist on a walk before we left.  I mean c’mon they had shoes on.  Dad went golfing, Mom ran some errands, something about needing food for the week, and Louie was at a friend’s house.  

On my walk tonight, Dad said I was not a good walker. It’s not my fault I got the leash twisted around a tree.  He was supposed to follow my lead.  We had a bit of a standoff, which of course, I won.  Ha! Ha! Ha!  

I saw a few pictures today and saw that your bed was unmade, your treasure box,  and “lost” letter writing box were on the middle of the cabin floor!  Since it has been found, you can write me a letter!!  And also, why are you still wearing that same PJ shirt you’ve worn for the past 3 days?  Even I shed my fur more often than that!  Mom is wondering if you are out of clothes?!  She says you should send the dirty out for laundry when it happens later this week!  She also hopes you will change the sheets on your bed & pillow cases. I do appreciate my bed being washed.  How is the cabin now that the Rookies have left?
