Hi Josh,
How is your day going? I’m recovering from my bath on Wednesday. I hate baths. They scrub me and make me smell like flowers. I’m supposed to smell like a dog. I also had my nails trimmed. I hate people touching my feet. I know how you feel about showers. In the meantime I have tried to remedy the dog smell by rolling in the grass. It helps, you can try that too if the soap leaves a flowery smell.
I also have been quite successful at finding tomatoes. They are delicious! I carefully snatch it off the vine, then run away so mom doesn’t see what I’m doing and then I eat my snack. I repeat this process until mom makes me come in. Sometimes I even play a little game of fetch by myself with the tomato. I toss it in the air and then try and catch it. When I win, I get to eat it! This could be a challenge for Dogcabbiah 19!
Mom and Louie picked about 40 cucumbers today. I was trying to help discover them, but I then got distracted and went to eat tomatoes. Tomatoes are much easier to find than cucumbers. (See above to see what I do with tomatoes.)
I also got a super duper long walk today with Mom and Louie. We did 2 miles. I pooped 3 times! It was an excellent adventure. I found all sorts of new smells, I tasted some grass and was very tired by the time I came home.
That’s about it for my exciting day. I did also find some time to work on patrol and bark at the dogs that dared pass by. I hope you had a nice day and are feeling much better. We hope you are fully rested and recovered from your stay at the Health Center. I hope you have a wonderful Shabbat and enjoy the weekend.
Love,
Ivy
