Know what I like?  What I really really like?  PINEAPPLE!  Mom was cutting 2 pineapples (there’s a lot of fruit in the house right now) and you know what I did?  I stole the rind from the garbage can.  I took it to my lair and was nicely eating it when Dad came and snatched it from me.  That wasn’t very nice you know.  I love pineapple. I even some which I don’t do much, so Dad gave me a taste.  I’m a big girl, I could have had more than 1 teeny tiny bite.  

Mom and Dad went to Costco today and they came back with a new dog bowl on a stand for me!  I’m such a lucky dog!  I don’t have to bend my head down to get a drink or to eat.  They still won’t give me the regular food bowl though.  I still have to have my “slow down and chew bowl.”  Whatever.  

It’s very hot here.  I’m melting… ok, I’m not. I still want my in and out privileges.  I did try the dog bed in the basement while Mom was on the treadmill.  

I’m kind of hoping a rabbit is dumb enough to make a nest in our yard.  I could use some activity, besides my daily walk and all.  

How are things at camp?  I hear Josh spent some time in the sick bay.  Is that like the Vet’s office?  Did you try and escape?  I sure hope you are feeling better.  Mom says on days like these the water bowls need to be filled up!  So make sure your water bottles are filled and you are drinking water!  And Mom says WEAR SUNSCREEN!  Wow, it’s been almost 2 weeks before she gave that lecture.

We got Louie’s letter and went to the post office and mailed the postcard stamps and some postcards to you Louie.  Josh, you got envelopes and stamps.  Wait until you check out the stamps- the regular ones are scratch and sniff!  Hopefully you get the snail mail from us soon!
