Hi Guys!  

What a day - it started with a treat from Dad - I’ve got him trained!   If I don’t get one, I wake Mom before her alarm.  (I hear there is an unwritten rule about that….) The sun was shining, I got to snooze in the sunbeams, eat some kibble- always delicious.  Mom and Dad had dinner out in the porch and were teasing me that I don’t know how to eat corn off the cob or a bit of steak bone like Casey.  I was scared I’d bite the hand that feeds me, so I just took a few licks.  It was tasty!  How was the food by you?  I hear that some of the meals are yum yum good!  I also checked the tomato plants - none ready for me to snack on yet. I’m ready for the tomatoes!  Looks like we should have cucumbers soon!  I think those are good too!

I guess Mom and Beth went to the Botanic Gardens today.  They saw Merle.  It sounds like they had a lot of walking WITH OUT ME!  I guess we get to go on a walk soon.  Mom was talking to Sophie’s mom and I hear there are baby bunnies under their jungle gym.  I told them I could take care of that problem quickly for them, or have Max help me with what is not a tough job, but they decided that wasn’t a good idea.  Baby bunnies are tasty, don’t you think?  They make good squeaker toys.

I loved seeing the pictures of Josh climbing the wall and Louie getting ready to kayak.  I bet I’d be a good companion for a double kayak.  I could keep you company, keep the boat balanced and paddle when needed.  Could you use my help in the kayak?  I’m trying to get Mom and Dad to send me to camp.  Throw me a bone here!  

I guess it is going to be HOT here the next few days.  I sure hope my water bowl is filled up!  Hope you stay cool!
